Managing Principal
Ben Duran is the Managing Principal of Teled Analytic Solutions™, bringing over 25 years of expertise in strategic leadership, predictive analytics, and risk management to the team. He has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in risk management consulting, systems development, and predictive modeling for a wide array of clients. Ben has also shared his insights as a presenter at industry conferences and client engagements, drawing on his extensive professional experience. Throughout his career, Ben has held key roles at notable organizations, including FirstUSA Bank, Chevy Chase Bank, Dell Financial Services, and BillMeLater/PayPal. At Austin Logistics Inc., he began as an Analyst and rapidly progressed to managing analytical client projects, where he provided technical expertise, guided client communications, and ensured the successful delivery of solutions. During his time at the company, Ben worked with clients across diverse industries such as financial services and online retail, consistently delivering exceptional customer support and impactful results. As Chief Risk Officer at BorrowersFirst, Inc., he led the development of a new online installment loan platform for Marketplace Lending. In this role, he designed and implemented robust Credit and Fraud Risk controls, contributing to rapid revenue growth and the company’s overall success. In his most recent role at Railsr (formerly RailsBank), he served as Head of Global Credit Risk, building the US credit card business from the ground up, and supporting the design of credit products in Europe and APAC. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Texas. He also earned a Master of Science in Statistics from Texas Tech University. His academic foundation, coupled with his extensive industry experience, positions him as a dynamic leader dedicated to driving innovation and delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
Scott Miles
VP of Business Development
Scott Miles is the Vice President of Business Development of Teled Analytic Solutions. With over 30 years of experience in Consumer and Small Business lending, Scott has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams across diverse functions, including Finance, Operations, Credit Policy, Sales and Marketing, and Strategy. His leadership roles at organizations such as Citi Cards, Dell Financial Services, and Teled Analytic Solutions have been instrumental in driving growth and delivering impactful results. Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Rice University’s Jones School of Business. A native of El Paso, Scott currently resides in Georgetown, Texas, with his wife, Eileen. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, gardening, and exploring the outdoors.
Paula Duran
VP of Operations
Paula Duran is the VP of Operations of Teled Analytic Solutions bringing to the team 20 years of experience in Operations, Sales, and Accounting in various industries. Her passion for driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and fostering a strong, empowered team is integral to the success of TELED’s leadership. Guided by her personal motto, “Knowledge is Power,” Paula continually seeks opportunities to challenge herself, acquire new skills, and support the growth of those around her. Paula is a born and raised Texan and Southwest Texas State alumna. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, connecting with friends, and volunteering in her community. During football season, you’ll often find her at a game on Saturday nights, or relaxing poolside, enjoying her husband’s expertly curated playlists from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s.
Chintan Sheth

Chintan Sheth is a highly accomplished professional with 20 years of experience in the field of Data Science, Fraud & Risk Management and Marketing Analytics in the Financial Services industry. Chintan has a breadth of knowledge in the financial services and payment industries through his experiences working on diverse portfolios ranging from private label, e-commerce, online payment, credit card, and personal loans. His work experience includes Dell Financial Services, Bill Me Later, PayPal and Barclaycard in various capacities, leading teams in delivering analytical projects that help solve business problems. He received his B.E. in Production Engineering from Mumbai University (VJTI), an MBA in General Management, M.S. in Industrial Engineering (Operations Research), and an M.S. in Civil Engineering (Advance Transportation Systems), from Virginia Tech University.
Rick Sladewski

Rick Sladewski has over 25 years experience in software development in support of projects related to data analysis, statistical modeling, optimization, and simulation. Prior to Teled Analytic Solutions, he fulfilled a variety of roles at companies such as Boeing Aerospace, The University of Texas Applied Research Lab, Evolutionary Technologies, DejaNews, Austin Logistics, and Dell Inc. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Pace University, and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from the University of Texas at Austin.
